Students from Plymouth School of Creative Arts have been busy organising an event at The Red House.

Last year students hosted ‘The Silence’, the schools first ever silent disco!
On Thursday 4th Of April, we are hosting a musical performance night titled “The Silence 2” which will showcase live talent from schools across the city.

Aspiring performers aged 13-17 from schools across Plymouth will have the opportunity to perform on a stage and showcase their talent. Please email the UAL music team if you are interested in performing either a solo performance or as a group; acooper@schoolofcreativearts.co.uk or nbarbour@schoolofcreativearts.co.uk

In addition, we will also have a silent disco for up to 500 people. A silent disco is an event where people dance to music on wireless headphones. The headphones are connected to three different radio stations controlled by a DJ. Those without the headphones hear no music, giving the effect of a room full of people dancing to nothing. This is a unique and exciting opportunity bringing together over 500 young people from across the city, and a chance for schools to network, come together and celebrate youth’s music in Plymouth.

The event will be held at Plymouth School of Creative Arts in Millbay, on Thursday 4th April at 6-9.30pm.
