Dear Families
We have enjoyed another week at PSCA and our assembly was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate children who have gone over and above to show fantastic learning. Our focus for being a great learner next week is ‘perseverance’ and already children have been describing how they use this attribute when learning something new.
We are proud of how the children are using excellent manners during lunchtimes each day; they are polite and respectful. Please ensure that if they have a packed lunch they bring it in a named lunch box or bag (no rucksacks on the trolleys please).
We are encouraging children to keep themselves safe which includes not communicating with people through the fence at break and lunchtimes. Whilst we understand that you may want to talk with your child, we ask that you do not draw the attention of the children through the fence.
We look forward to welcoming the children into school on Monday and want to remind you of the new routine starting at 8.40am. Contact Books will be going home on Friday.
Tania, Mike’s wife and her dog Blye visited school on Friday for Mike’s Memorial; the children were warm and welcoming and talked kindly to Tanya and enjoyed stroking Blye. There is an article in The Herald if you would like to read more.
With best wishes from
The Primary Team
