Year 7s visit Plymouth Fish market to understand more about the origins of where their food is from, and to learn about sustainability.

The day started at 6.30 am when The Plymouth Fisheries Manager and Harbour Master Peter Bromley took the students on a tour of the fish market and they were also allowed to watch a real live fish auction. Apparently it was a great plaice with a lot of sole. The reason they went was for the halibut and they had a whale of a time
