Sometimes, we need to just let go and hold the belief that learning will find its own special path. In this film, Ryan takes his individual passion for sharks to very naturally ignite the fascinations held by the students in Year 2. The Individual Learning Process (ILP) has supported Ryan to find what glows and go with it, leading his learning and bringing others along on the journey. Recording the Continuum of creative learning, this illustrates that ‘knowledge’ is not about how old we may be, but how excited we are to share what we see.

I AM AMAZED AND INSPIRED BY THIS VIDEO. THIS SCHOOL ARE OFFERING INDIVIDUAL LEARNING STRATEGIES. CHILDREN LEARN DIFFERENT THINGS AND ENJOY TIME AT SCHOOL. TEACHERS LISTEN TO CHILDREN AND THEY WORK TOGETHER WITH PARENTS. THE SCHOOL GIVES BALANCED FEEDBACK ON A CHILD’S PROGRESS AND THEIR STRENGTHS. THE APPROACH IS ENCOURAGING , MOTIVATED, AND SUCCESSFUL.
SCHOOL PROMOTES EQUALITY OF OPPORTUNITY AND CREATES A POSITIVE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.
